ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Your access to and use of our website www.olivesandhoney.co.uk is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the website for any purpose that is unlawful or contrary to these Terms and Conditions. By using our website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice.
We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Please check periodically for changes. If you do not agree with any of the revised Terms and Conditions you must not use this website or make any orders from Olives and Honey. These Terms and Conditions were last updated on 4th May 2015.
All orders for goods shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase goods in accordance with these terms and conditions. You shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy if the details provided on the order form and we will not be obliged to accept an order unless all details requested on the order form have been entered correctly.
No order submitted by you shall be deemed to be accepted by us unless and until we confirm acceptance of the order by email (where applicable) or by telephone. We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you and will not be required to provide an explanation. You shall not be entitled to cancel an order once the order has been accepted by us and the goods have been dispatched by us, by reason of the nature of the goods which are ordered and supplied. This is in accordance with regulation 13 (1) (c) of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
When we provide any goods to you under these terms and conditions, payment will be charged to the payment card account details of which you have provided on the website order form. By placing an order you consent to payment being charged to your payment card account as detailed on the order form.
We accept Visa, Delta, Electron, Mastercard and Maestro. Our secure online system is integrated with Paypal, which we use to handle all our credit card transactions. We also accept direct payments from Paypal accounts. No card details for website transactions are held on our own website or seen by anybody at Olives and Honey.
Every effort is made to maintain published prices but these cannot be guaranteed. Trading with the euro as well as varying weather conditions and harvests can affect the cost of our products. We reserve the right to change any of the listed prices on this website, without prior notice at any time. Such price changes will not affect orders placed prior to the date of change.
We currently deliver to the UK and goods will be delivered at the address provided by you on the order form. We will do our best to dispatch your order within 2 days of it being placed. Olives and Honey will not charge you for handling costs and we will always try to find the cheaper and safest way to send our products to you. We use Royal Mail First class. The delivery charges vary depending on the weight of your order. Please refer to our Delivery Information for some indicative costs, click here.

Please note our products come from family farms in various parts of Greece and produced in numbered quantities to ensure highest quality standards. For enquiries on availability and price list please contact us at email@example.com.
We aim to provide organic products whenever possible. Our products are certified to EU standards, by the Greek organic authority BioHellas. According to the Organic Certification Directory 2008 (a special edition of the Organic Standard) BIOHellas is among the top ten of Inspection and Certification Bodies worldwide. The BIOHellas Institute provides certification services according to EU Regulation 834/2007.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
After you have received your goods, you will need to inspect your order and notify us of any shortages or damages for a refund or exchange as long as the goods remain in their original packaging and returned within 5 days of receipt. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items back to us. Any intended returns, damages or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
Ownership of the goods remains with Olives and Honey Ltd until the amount due under the invoice for them has been paid in full.
Under the principles of the Data Protection Act we need to tell you that we hold a record of all the details needed for setting you up and servicing you as a customer. This information may also be used as a basis for sending you information about Olives and Honey. We will never pass on your details to a third party without your permission.
We are not physicians or medical experts, and make no guarantees as to the effectiveness of our products in preventing or curing any disease or ailment. The claims in our website are collected from expert sources for your general information. We strongly recommend you conduct your own research.
We try to make this website as informative as possible and aim to keep the website up-to-date; however, we do not guarantee its accuracy.
